The site offers an ideal setting; indeed, the tower is located along the Pasteur avenue and faces the National Assembly thus benefiting from advantages of being in the city center while only being about 500 m away from the sea. The 34 storey tower culminating at about 130 m above the ground (making it the tallest in West Africa), houses a multistory car park, retails, a pool and apartments.
The distinctive shape of the tower derives from the geometry of site coupled with the necessity to house various programs into the same volume. The tower is wider at its base to make the most out of the plot (allowing large spaces for retail, the car park and the offices) and narrower towards the top to allow light and natural ventilation into the apartments.
The pearlescent coating ensures that the building retains a clean appearance even when dust settles on it but also creates a vibrant façade that changes hue depending on the lighting conditions.

The geometry of the panels and the pearlescent coating applied onto them create a vibrant facade that changes color depending on the lighting conditions and the angle from which we view it. The coating also ensures that the building retains a clean appearance even when dust settles on the panels.
